Moishe Mana is developing Miami’s new entertainment hotspot

Miami was one of

domestic top,
as well as international entertainment and nightlife destinations for over 4 decades. Of course, Miami Beach, with its exciting clubs and gorgeous beaches, has always been Miami’s most visited area. However, as Miami Beach grapples with curfew
regulations and bans on the sale of alcohol, many believe that Wynwood, with its thriving arts scene and growing nightlife, is the next Miami neighborhood truly suited to supporting the city’s bustling nightlife.

Moishe Mana, the visionary entrepreneur behind the Mana Common revitalization platform, was
a longtime defender of the Wynwood Arts District, fighting to protect it from luxury condo developers trying to dim the neighborhood.

Once upon a time, Wynwood was an industrial district – a concrete jungle of warehouses and auto shops, but Mana changed all that.

“When I first came to Wynwood it was mostly just industrial warehouses and workshops. There were a few art galleries and some cool graffiti, with some very passionate people trying to make the area a sanctuary for artists I saw the same spark there that we created in the Meatpacking District, so I knew it was the perfect time to get involved,”
Mana said.

From day one, Mana the raw potential of Wynwood. This is precisely why Mana immediately purchased nearly 45 acres of property including large event venues and warehouses. This decision would prove to be visionary.

Commenting on what drew him to the area, Manna says: “In developing the area, Wynwood has taken on a good life and spawned a series of open-air galleries, watering holes, eating places and shops family homes – all wrapped up in stunning, beautiful art.

Since then, Mana has added dozens more properties to its portfolio, resulting in the largest single plot assemblage in Wynwood. Mana’s properties encompass the entire southwest quadrant of the neighborhood.

Mana’s mixed-use properties and event spaces at Wynwood have hosted some of Miami’s most popular and prominent events. Mana Properties have hosted the 2021 Bitcoin Conference, The Real Deal South Florida Real Estate Showcase and Forum, and the III Points Music Festival, to name a few. This year, the Mana Events Complex will host an event curated by experts

show for the iconic Miami Music Week 2022. Mana is teaming up with New York-based underground promoter Teksupport and Ibiza powerhouse CircoLoco for the first time for this event.
