Byrne Dairy Worker stole $64,000 in lottery tickets
Authorities say a woman who was employed by Byrne Dairy has been charged with stealing thousands of New York State lottery tickets.
According to state police, Carrie Lisi, 45, of Fulton, has been charged with grand larceny in the second degree.
Lisi was charged with stealing 2,319 “Instant Scratch-Off” lottery tickets from the Byrne Dairy convenience store on County Route 57 in Phoenix.
Investigators say the tickets had a retail value of $64,818. The thefts reportedly took place between June and January.
Lisi was arraigned in Oswego Municipal Court and released on her own recognizance.
